How to get your bill credit?
You’ll need to start your switch to us if you’re a new customer by 13th November. If you’re already with us for your energy, you’ll need to change to a fixed tariff by 13th November.

When will I get my bill credit?
The £50 bill credit will be automatically applied to your energy account by 31/12/24, provided you haven’t cancelled your Kitchen Appliance Cover, and your payments are up to date.

To qualify for the energy bill credit:
You must have redeemed the Kitchen Appliance Cover 4 for 3 promotion offer at your chosen property between 18/10/24 – 29/10/24.
You must have switched to any British Gas fixed tariff (excluding prepayment tariffs) at the same property between 18/10/24 - 13/11/24.
Your Kitchen Appliance Cover and fixed energy tariff must be active for 30 days.
Offer is available for a maximum of 9 properties. The £50 bill credit will be automatically applied to your energy account by 31/12/24. The offer is available to new and existing British Gas Energy customers. Offer not available to customers with a prepayment meter.
The bill credit cannot, in whole or in part, be exchanged for cash. This offer cannot be redeemed with any other British Gas energy offers (excluding British Gas employee offers) or external promotions e.g. cashback or affiliate offers. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer and not issue a credit if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, misuse, or not keeping to these terms and conditions. The credit will be posted to your account and appear as a line item on your next bill after posted as “Thank you bonus”. Dual fuel customers will receive the credit on their electricity account.
