How does loft insulation reduce my energy bills?
Loft insulation is most commonly made of mineral wool. The material has pockets of trapped air inside it, which makes it difficult for heat to travel through. This reduces heat loss from through your ceiling, and keeps heat in your home for longer.
How long does it take to insulate a loft?
It typically takes an hour to survey your home to check it's suitable for insulation. This will involve checking for damp, taking measurements and taking photos of your loft in order to provide an accurate quote.
The insulation install process takes a couple of hours, and will see our installers carrying loft insulation up into the home. They’ll be sure to take any leftover materials or waste home with them.
Are there grants available for loft insulation?
