This offer is available to homeowners and domestic landlords who do not currently have HomeCare at their specified property and have not held a HomeCare product for that property in the previous 3 months. For new British Gas Services customers, the discount will apply to the first year’s cost only. For existing British Gas Services customers, the discount will apply to the remaining term of your existing services contract for that property. Renewals will be charged in accordance with our standard pricing. We will contact you about any change to the price. A maximum of 9 properties can be covered per customer (whether as homeowner or landlord). To qualify for a Refer a Friend Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, as a Friend you must use the Referrer's unique Referral link when joining British Gas on a Qualifying Product via britishgas.co.uk. The gift card is subject to the Friend's Qualifying Product purchase and the Friend's contract or policy must be active at least 90 days after the supply start date or the policy start date. Based on a medium demand (2,700 kWh) property in London, with south-facing 10 panel 4kW arrays and a battery providing 35% of the home’s electricity needs. Excess energy is sold back to the grid at 15.1p per kWh using the British Gas ‘Export & Earn Plus’ SEG tariff. Saving includes ‘Hive Solar Saver’ discount of 25% on electricity unit rate in first year and savings will vary after that.
