About Mixergy Extra

Do I need to switch my gas and electricity?

You’ll need to switch your electricity to British Gas and join one of our fixed tariffs.

How do I get a Mixergy hot water cylinder?

We can install a Mixergy cylinder if you’re also having a new boiler installed by us.

If you’d like to install a Mixergy cylinder as a standalone purchase, you can find an approved installer on Mixergy’s website.

Eligibility

My circumstances have changed, am I still eligible for your Mixergy Extra offer?

You won't be eligible if you:

  • Change electricity supplier or move home
  • Have prepayment meters installed
  • Move onto a Standard Variable tariff

If this happens, we'll write to you to let you know that we've removed the offer from your account and will add any credits that are due. Please note, it can sometimes take longer than normal to add these.

Payments

Will my Direct Debit change?

No, your Direct Debit won't be affected by your Mixergy Extra credits.

If I change tariff, will my payments change?

No, as long as you switch to another fixed tariff, your offer and credits will stay the same.

Help & Support

Why haven’t I received my account credit?

Your credit will appear on your next bill or statement as 'MixergyExtra Credit'. We aim to apply your credit within the first month of each quarter but sometimes it can take a little longer. For example, if you sign up in October, we’ll apply your credit in January. If you don't see your credit on your next quarterly bill or statement, please chat online to one of our advisers who can look into this for you.
